Head Kids’ Coach: Bill Ladow
Bill Ladow is a 3rd degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt with decades of experience on the mats and a proven track record of developing confident, disciplined, and technically sound students. As Head Kids Coach, Bill brings a no-nonsense approach to training, balanced with the right amount of fun to keep kids engaged, motivated, and progressing.
Bill’s coaching philosophy is simple: “don’t stop ‘till you get on top.” His classes emphasize solid fundamentals, positional awareness, and competition-ready techniques while instilling respect, focus, and mental toughness. Students are challenged to work hard, think critically, and take pride in their improvement.
With extensive experience preparing athletes for competition, Bill knows how to build kids up the right way whether they’re training for their first tournament or simply learning to carry themselves with confidence on and off the mat. Parents appreciate his clear expectations and disciplined environment; kids respect his leadership and respond to his coaching.
Under Bill’s guidance, students don’t just learn Jiu Jitsu, they learn how to train with purpose.
