With over 24 years of martial arts experience, Head Instructor Diego Diniz brings elite-level expertise as a 4th-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and Muay Thai practitioner. Known for his success in top-tier competitions—including multiple IBJJF titles and NAGA victories—Diego specializes in preparing athletes for competition, teaching practical self-defense, and guiding individuals toward their fitness goals. His training style is individualized, disciplined, and driven by results.
Born and raised in Brazil, Diniz trained under the respected coach Jair Lourenço, founder of the prestigious Kimura/Nova União school in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. His jiu-jitsu is a product of the technical lineage of Nova União—a team known for producing some of the most precise and well-rounded athletes in the sport including Jussier Formiga, Renan Barao, and other notable UFC fighters.
